1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Alley Cats Club website (“the Site”) or purchasing a membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or purchase a membership.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alley Cats Club regarding your use of the Site and membership services. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

Your membership and access to content begins immediately upon successful payment.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period – you will retain access to your membership tier until that period expires. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content being delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, no refunds are issued for any membership payments, including partial billing periods. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

6. Content Ownership and Usage Restrictions

All content on the Site – including but not limited to images, videos, text, graphics, and design elements – is the exclusive property of Alley Cats Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal licence to view the content available at your membership tier. This licence does not include the right to:

Download, save, copy, or screenshot content for any purpose other than personal, private viewing
Redistribute, share, upload, or publish any content from the Site on any platform, website, forum, social media account, or messaging service
Use any content for commercial purposes

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund, and Alley Cats Club reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedies.

The Alley Cats Club is a fantasy entertainment experience. All visual content on this Site is produced using digital art techniques and artificial intelligence tools. The models, characters, names, and biographical details presented are fictional creations and do not depict real individuals.

Billing information: Billing address provided at checkout. Full credit card details are handled and stored exclusively by Stripe and never touch our servers.

In the event of termination for a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining membership period.
